HelloFresh and Bosch team up to make cooking time quicker and easier in the connected kitchen

State-of-the-art technology is at the heart of HelloFresh’s latest cooperation.The company has recently teamed up with Bosch Hausgeräte to harness digital networking in the kitchen by integrating the Home Connect technology with the popular HelloFresh app. Cooking is about to become a whole lot easier.

HelloFresh’s mission is to show that everyone can discover a passion for cooking and enjoy healthy eating – regardless of how much free time they have or their level of skill. The cooperation with Bosch, Europe’s leading manufacturer of household appliances, is the next milestone in the success story of the food company founded in 2011. “HelloFresh is all about making cooking easy and intuitive with tasty and varied recipes. In Bosch, we have found a partner who shares our vision. Through our collaboration, we can help more people discover the joy of cooking,” remarks Romy Lindenberg, HelloFresh Managing Director for Germany and Austria. Integration of Home Connect into the HelloFresh app The partnership will allow HelloFresh customers to benefit from the innovative Home Connect technology built into the networked household appliances from Bosch. The brand is presenting a fully networked kitchen at the 2016 IFA trade show in early September. The integration of the Home Connect technology with the app from HelloFresh will in future give users access to hundreds of recipes and valuable nutritional information and make managing commands much easier – in the coming months, users will also be able to control their Home Connect oven digitally through the app. HelloFresh plays its part by delivering the fresh ingredients for each recipe. “Bosch household appliances are developed with the aim of delivering a perfect result for users every time – whether through the latest sensor technology or through smart networked solutions. HelloFresh makes the perfect partner for us as they share the same philosophy. Our cooperation will make it even easier for HelloFresh customers to produce the perfect dish every time,” enthuses Michael Bohn, Head of Marketing at Bosch Hausgeräte.

A service tailored to customer requirements

The partnership underlines the flexible, customer-centric approach of HelloFresh. “We carefully examine feedback from our customers: how can we improve our offering even further? What additional options would our customers like to have?”, comments Romy Lindenberg. “Our technology platform allows us to identify the preferences of our customers and react accordingly. The ideas put forward by our community have also been taken on board in the collaboration with Bosch. We eagerly await the response and look forward to a successful partnership with Bosch and Home Connect.”
